Prophetic Art Street Project
Seoul, Jungrang-gu | 2022
In 2022, a nearly 100-meter-long Prophetic Art Street was created in front of Yangwon Station in Jungrang-gu, Seoul, Korea.
This project was developed as part of a Jungnang-gu urban planning initiative and was officially approved and funded by the local government. Through this collaboration, a public street was transformed into a space where healing, restoration, and hope could flow freely through prophetic art.
The intention was not simply to decorate a street, but to bring positive atmospheric change to a neighborhood that had been tired and overlooked. As people walk through this path, the artwork quietly engages their hearts—shifting the atmosphere of the area and inviting reflection, peace, and restoration.
Shifting the City’s Atmosphere
Art has the power to change the spiritual and emotional climate of a city. Prophetic art, in particular, acts as a bridge between Heaven and Earth—especially in public spaces where heaviness, fatigue, or darkness often linger. Through visual prayer, color, and form, this project was designed to cleanse, renew, and reshape the atmosphere of the street.
Billboards of Transformation
Beyond Seoul, this ongoing Street Art vision has extended to cities such as New York City and New Jersey, where prophetic artworks have been placed on billboards and building walls as part of a broader effort to bring healing and hope into urban environments.
I believe that a single artwork can function like a spiritual marker—much like a flag planted in the land.
